These change Orders collectively total a decrease of (-$1,414,891.85) in gross contract dollars. Included in these change orders are (-$1,358,575.58)credit for Direct Material Purchases; the corresponding Direct Material Purchase Orders of (-$1,305,133.42) resulting in a net of $53,442.16 in sales tax savings. Recommendation That the Construction Services' Change Orders be approved and/or ratified as presented.
